We know making a Will can be difficult. After all, who wants to think about what will happen if they were to pass away? However, keeping your Will up to date is incredibly important when it comes to ensuring your wishes are carried out when the time comes. Whether you want a certain song at your funeral, a piece of jewellery to go to someone special, or you want to leave some money to charity, a Will encapsulates all of these wishes.
We take a three step approach to creating a Will, making it as straightforward as possible for you.
Firstly, you need to pick your package. We make it easy – you can either complete a digital application for our Silver package, or book a telephone appointment at a convenient time for our Gold package.
You’ll need to have a think about your wishes if you were to die. What assets you’d like to go where, who you’d like to handle your estate and any specific wishes you may have.
Secondly, once you choose your package, you’ll either be directed to our online form, or we’ll give you a call. We’ll ask you a few questions and ensure we have all the information we need.
Once we have that information, we’ll produce the first draft of your Will and send over a copy to ensure you’re happy with it. If you have any changes to make or additional bits to cover, no problem, we’ll take care of it!
Finally, when you’re happy with your Will, we’ll send you the final version for you to sign. We can bind and send these in the post, or simply send them over email for you to sort at home. However, you need to have them signed and witnessed to make sure they are legally binding.
We’ll ask you if you want us to store your Will in our secure fireproof facility and provide you with any further information you may need!
